 HATCHIE WARRANTY
Hatchie Bottom® products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship for 1 year to the original owner. This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty does not cover, normal wear, neglect, improper care and/or any other type of abuse or alterations. Warranty eligibility is made at the sole discretion of Hatchie®, Inc..
If you feel that your product is defective under the terms above, please contact us via email at contact@hatchiedirect.com with pictures and explanation of your issue. If approved, we will issue a RMA # that must be written onto the address label. We do not accept packages that do not have a registered RMA# on the address label. Send clean, dry product only to; Hatchie Direct 181 Main Street South  McKenzie, TN 38210 . Please include the original sales receipt. Package must be sent freight pre-paid only. We will not accept c.o.d./ freight collect packages . 
We will notify you upon receipt of your package and will perform a detailed examination of your product. If your product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair or replace the product, at our sole discretion, and return to you freight pre-paid.
Monetary refunds are not available under this warranty.
 
If your product is not covered under the terms of this warranty, an email will be sent to you outlining the repairs necessary and give you the option to have Hatchie repair the product at a nominal charge. If you elect to have repairs made your product be returned to you, freight and repair charges collect. If you decline the repairs suggested, we will return your product, freight collect. 
Your warranty begins with your purchase. Please keep your original receipt or digital copy in a safe place. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. Warranty is void where failure to comply with the above representations is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage or alteration of the product. Owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product.
Hatchie Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from failure of the product other than the repair or replacement for such product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
 
     Refunds
Hatchie Bottom Custom-Fit products are custom created from scratch, based on your particular order requirements. Once created, your product is unique and thus not easily transferred or re-sold to another customer. Therefore, we ask that you consider carefully the colors and features when placing your order. We will gladly work with you to make any changes, alterations or adjustments to provide the best fit possible. However, returns of any Custom-Fit products for refund must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any product being returned for refund must arrive freight pre-paid, clean, dry, without damage or alteration of any kind. Product being returned will be inspected at our facility upon arrival. Refunds may be allowed at Hatchie, Inc's sole discretion.
